Tom Hart
Tom Hart has been writing and drawing comics all of his life; winning a grant to self-publish his runaway hit, Hutch Owen's Working Hard, in the early '90s. Since then, he has delighted and challenged readers with his innovative storytelling techniques and the controlled frenzy of his farces and satires of the modern world. His work has appeared in Japanese, French, and Portuguese, and he has lectured on comics across the country, to preschoolers and college students alike.
