Damian Couceiro was born in Rosario, Argentina in 1983. He started taking art classes at the age of 14 with comic artist Marcelo Frusin. His first professional experience as a comic artist was a 12 page story published by AIT/PlanetLar comics in the book "Proof of Concept". Next he worked on a 66 page comic book called "Full Moon Fever", script by Joe Casey, also for AIT/PlanetLar. He has been awarded 1st prize in an international comic contest organized in his hometown. Currently he is working on an upcoming comic called "The Division", script by Ed Brisson, among other independent projects. Also he collaborates with graphic designers doing storyboards and publicity drawings.
